Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger

So I'm watching the newest Super Sentai at the moment, Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger. By the time I finished watching episode 01, I knew this is going to be one of my favourite seasons due to the fact that the Rangers could morph into the past Sentai's! How cool is that? Can't wait for the movie coming out in June! Here are some of the toys I bought from the past few weeks:

Picked up another Mitsubishi today! Ally is the last 2010 Graphite Grey Sportback GTS CVT w/ Sun & Sound pkg in all of Western Canada. Proud to have three Lancers in the family!

Here is a rare piece made by Mitsubishi and a great example of the 1G Eclipse in toy form. I believe this was some sort of a promo given out to new Eclipse owners back then. I simply love the accuracy and details on this thing (especially the 4G63). It is also alot heavier compare to the usual 1/18's.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Dragonzord

One of my favourite Mechas from Power Rangers. I was a kid back then when these came out and I had absolutely no money to buy any of them. This one I got from ebay, the previous owner took really good care of it and everything including the box was still there. The chest plate feature red lights and sounds. I remember reading somewhere that Dragonzord's appearance was based on Godzilla, which I totally agree. This one can be combined w/ the Megazord to form Mega Dragonzord or Dragonzord in Battle Mode. Mega Dragonzord plus Titanus would form Ultrazord.

I usually only buy Transformers from the Movie line. I found this one at Walmart and was curious about it since it's a new release. The robot mode didn't really appeal to me since it wasn't all that interesting. But when I flipped the package over and saw the pic of the vehicle mode, I knew at the moment that I had to get it. Why? because it totally reminded me of the cars from Minority Report w/ its unique and futuristic look. Kind of suggesting that it came from that era.....interesting.

1/64 Hot Wheels Phil's Garage Ferrari 288 GTO

Phil's Garage line...featuring Real Riders rubber tires, metal body on metal base and premium details. The first time I saw this GTO was at the toy show but someone lucky already bought it. I then found one at Target while shopping down in the states :D No doubt one of the best looking cars from that line.

Here is a rare model that I got from a trade. As of today, it is still my favourite Mitsubishi model in my collection. Why? because there aren't too many regular Lancers in toy form out there, so this one is truly unique! The scale is roughly the size of a 1/43.

Found this one today, one of the international 2010 HW Premieres. A bit plain compare to the usual mainline cars, but still a great casting nonetheless. Also, look for it in the Speed Machines treatment later this year :D

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen - Legends Class Constructicon Devastator

Something from my other collection today. This is the Constructicon Devastator from the second Transformers movie. It consists of seven construction vehicles and they each have the ability to transform into their individual robot mode as well as combining together to form the ultimate Devastator! Not bad for $35CAN.
